近年,不少內地銀行除了計劃國際化,同時追求多元化。且讓我們來看看多元化的意義與機遇。 雖然內地銀行這一兩年的業績驕人,可是增長的勢頭能否維持,誰也說不準。加上資金繼續緊張,相信不容易維持過去讓人艷羨的成績。不少銀行高層領導早已看到這種趨勢,提出各種方案,希望另謀盈利渠道。 除了國際化,走出去開闢新市場之外,更為實際的做法是把自己的經營領域擴大。以前只對焦商業銀行的業務,以放貸款、賺利差為主;現在打算成立以商業銀行為核心的金融機構。其中包括:租賃、資產管理、投資基金等服務,希望借此機會把盈利模式向非利息收入有所傾斜,減少對利息收入的依靠。 外行人領軍後遺多 在競爭日益激烈的今天,這種轉向絕對正確。時興的說法是:從紅海到藍海,提高盈利能力。 不少銀行同時借助諮詢公司來做研究,隨後進行系統化的轉型。銀行高層的決心很明確,轉型勢在必行。可是我看,萬事俱備,只欠東風。各銀行似乎都缺乏經驗豐富的人才,來動這項計劃。目前的權宜之計是把手上的人馬左右調動一番,出任單位領導,然後找些二技術人員來幹活,起碼工作可以動,亮出招牌,打響頭炮,先聲奪人。 這種做法表面上可行,可是像一把雙刃劍,有潛在風險。一開始沒有專業人才帶頭,方向很容易有所偏差,將來要作出修正,費時失事。過去我們看過不少「先發展,後規劃」的舉措,結果發現這種「行動在先,計劃後補」的做法往往帶來未學行,先學走的情況,要修改不容易。 可是,過去商業銀行的亮麗成績讓人相信,金融業務來來去去都是如此,只要動動腦筋,甚麼業務都難不了我們。試了再說的現象比比皆是,然而結果一般都陷入「業務做不大」的困難。而且可能埋藏風險,是典型「外行人做內行事」的例子。 港金融人才應北上 其實有經驗的人才不用外求,在香港多的是。香港非銀行的金融業務有多年歷史,而且有良好業績,培養過許多專業人才,他們的經驗絕對可供內地借用。問題只是雙方並沒有一個接觸口,目前還沒有接頭,很可惜。香港的人才要比國外的「進口貨」合適,起碼在語言、文化、生活習慣還有成本都要比海外人才「好使好用」。 內地的僱主應把港人當作首選,積極在港招聘,肯定會找到適當人才。內地非銀行金融機構也應放下過去思維,不要盡信那句過時的老話:用人要用自己人。 如今既然走的是多元化路,就該走多元招聘,香港優先。港府也應在內地多做宣傳,讓內地金融機構的高層領導知道在港招聘的好處,先在北京、上海等大城市做路演,宣傳我們現成的人力庫。其實內地的金融機構對香港人力市場還是一知半解,我們可以借路演說明我們的優勢,甚至某些情況還可以安排「外借」人員,把國際經驗引入內地金融機構,一舉兩得。 看起來,兩地人才的交流,是可以雙向的。在內地金融業進行多元化的過程中,香港應抓緊北上的機遇。 文章摘自「王行長週記」
