CONVERSATION THEME: Changes
Change, whether it be at Cirque du Soleil, a Fortune 500 company, or a financial institution, is generally an alchemy of the rational, emotional, and political domains. Rational change is ‘easy.’ In times of uncertainty, navigating the emotional and political change together with the rational is where we all struggle.
Organizations and people are not machines; they are ecosystems. Using a “sense making” framework, you can frame the uncertainty, allocate resources, and apply the appropriate models for change.
