Jesko von den Steinen is the lead facilitator with PwC for “The Difference” in Hong Kong, a complex problem solutions space.
His focus is on organisational innovation, Digital transformations, leadership development, facilitating and designing complex problem-solving through an applied organisational complexity framework. Jesko is a practitioner of the MG Taylor Methodology.
Jesko is a speaker, actor, performer, choreographer, filmmaker, designer, and formerly a principal solo artist with Cirque du Soleil, and at “The House Of Dancing Water,” the world’s largest water-based show created by the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group held at the City of Dreams in Macau.
Jesko is a Professionally Certified Facilitator (IAF), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF), a facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® methodologies, Trainer of Applied Complexity Science in Organizations with the Cynefin framework and Cognitive Edge, IDEO & IBM enterprise Design Thinking certifications, as well as Agile Project Management.
Recently he worked as an Associate Director of Strategic HR with a Fortune 500 company in Asia.
Previously, he has worked as a creative strategist, an experiential designer with advertising luminaries SIDLEE & C2 MTL.
He currently volunteers with TEDx Wanchai in Hong Kong, where he’s the director of speaker coaching and presentation literacy.
He works privately with executives in Hong Kong and Macau on organisational coaching and presentation literacy.
In addition, Jesko works with Strategyzer as an Innovation Coach helping organizations build skills and execution methodologies to de-risk and develop their innovation pipelines.
He uses these skills to work on Strategic initiatives that focus on Human-Centred Design and Innovation.
